- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil, or any vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease or line with muffin liners one 12-piece muffin pan.
- Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into a medium size bowl.
- Drain the asparagus from the can, and add it to the flour mixture followed by the eggs, water, olive oil, grape seed oil, parmesan cheese, and chopped chives. with the cheese and chives.
