Ingredients For Bicho De Pe

  • 300 grams of sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 15 grams unsalted butter or margarine
  • 20 grams strawberry gelatin
  • 60 grams granulated or crystal sugar (optional)

Instruction For Bicho De Pe

  1.  Place the condensed milk, butter, and strawberry gelatin in a pot and boil, stirring with a spatula or wooden spoon until it comes off the bottom of the pot. Set aside to cool.
  2. Once cooled shape them into golf size balls with your hands, you can grease your hands with butter or margarine to help with the stickiness, then roll them into crystal sugar and place them into muffin
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
