Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Graded
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 4 pounds frozen cauliflower


  • Preheat your oven to 410°F or 210°C
  • -Line 2 pizza baking pans ( 10 inch) with parchment paper or grease with oil
  • In a mixing bowl add the the thawed cauliflower, salt, eggs, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, dried garlic and mix with a paddle until the mixture all comes together
  • Divide the cauliflower dough into half and transfer to pizza baking pans
  • Using a spatula press and spread the cauliflower dough throughout the pizza pan to about 1/4 inch thick if it is a little thicker that's ok
  • place into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly brown
  • Cool Cauliflower crust for about 15-20 minutes before topping. This will help give you a nicer crispy trust
  • Top cauliflower pizza crust as desired and place back into oven and bake for additional 10-15 minutes depending on how much sauce and toppings you put on it
