    Doesn’t say how to convert liquid to powder.
    Typo perhaps?

    If there’s a simple way perhaps utilizing dehydration I would love to know to perhaps create a starter as I am using up my powdered buttermilk envelopes🤔

      Simply add the buttermilk at 7% (on flour) to your starter recipe or you can use this recipe https://bakerrecipes.com/biga-recipe/ and add 7 grams of buttermilk powder.
