1/3 c Dry bread crumbs 3/4 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
2 T Grated Parmesan cheese -cheese (about 3 ounces)
2 T Margarine or butter 2 ea Eggs, slightly beaten
1 ea Package (7 ounces) macaroni 1/2 t Salt
-rings, cooked and drained 1/8 t Pepper
1 c Creamed cottage cheese

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine in 2-cup measure.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%), stirring every 30 seconds, until
light brown, 1-1/2 to 2 minutes; reserve. Mix hot macaroni, cottage
cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Turn into greased
9-inch pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium
(50%) 8 minutes. Sprinkle crumbs over pie. Microwave uncovered on
medium (50%) until center is almost set, 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand
10 minutes. Serve with easy Mushroom sauce. Easy Mushroom Sauce 1
can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can ( 2
ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1/4 cup milk 1 Tablespoon
margarine or butter 1 teaspoon instant minced onion 1/8 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce Mix all ingredients in 4-cup measure. Microwave
uncovered on high (100%), stirring every minute until hot and bubbly,
3 to 4 minutes.
