1 1/2 ts Nonfat powdered milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cornmeal
1/3 c Bran flakes
1 ts Flax seeds
1 ts Whole millet
1/2 c Soybeans; soaked overnight
– and drained
1 1/2 ts Soy oil
1 1/2 ts Honey
1 1/2 c Warm water
1 1/2 ts Dry yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer’s
directions.
