Ingredients & Directions

2 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening
1/3 c Ice water

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl. Work shortening in

minutes, then sprinkling with confectioner’s sugar.
