Peach Flan Recipe

This is a delicious peach flan recipe that is creamy, sweet, comforting, made with fresh peaches, and perfect for any snacking occasion. This luscious peach flan dessert is full of delicate flavors that your family and friends will love.

Ingredients For Peach Flan

  • 8 peaches
  • 35 grams butter
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3/4 cup corn starch + 3 tablespoons

Instructions For Peach Flan

  1. Reserve 1 cup of milk.
  2. Peel and cut (remove the pit) the peaches in halves. 
  3. Add the 3/4 cup of cornstarch to a plate and coat each peach, shaking off the excess cornstarch.
  4. Butter a round baking dish (8-inch cake pan or flan pan) and place the peaches with the doomed side up in it. Depending on the size of your pan you might have to do two layers of peaches with the curved side upward.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and set the oven rack to the middle position.
  6. Add the remaining milk plus the sugar into a pot and bring to a slight boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat to low.
  7. Dissolve three tablespoons of starch in the cold milk. 
  8. Beat the eggs, then gradually add them to milk that is slightly boiled.
  9. Add the cup of cold starch milk and whisk together.
  10. Pour into the flan pan and into a bain maria filling half the pan with hot water.
  11. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
  13. Enjoy!
