2 c Flour 1/3 c Oil
2 c Sugar 2 x Eggs
1 c Cocoa 2 ts Vanilla
2 ts Baking Soda 2 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1) Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add oil,
