2 ts Yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Walnuts
1/4 c Golden raisins
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Oat bran
1/3 c Rye flour
1/2 ts Walnut extract
1 c Warm water
FOR 1 LB
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1 1/2 c Bread flour
2 tb Walnuts
2 tb Golden raisins
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tb Oat bran
1/4 c Rye flour
1/4 ts Walnut extract
6 1/2 oz Warm water
Instructions:
- Measure all the ingredients and set aside the raisins and walnuts and place into bread machine baking pan.
- Insert pan into the bread machine.
- Select the Sweet Cycle.
- Add walnuts and raisins when the “add ingredient” signal come on.
- Once raisin walnut bread is baked, remove from pan and cool.
- Cool the loaf to room temperature for 45 minutes before slicing.
