1 1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour; (6.8

2 tb Gluten Flour
1 1/2 tb Powdered Whey
1 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast

1.5 POUND LOAF
1 1/4 c Water
1 tb Canola Oil
2 tb Honey
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour; (12.2
-Ounces)
1/2 c Flour; Unbleached, (2.6
-Ounces)
3 tb Gluten Flour
2 tb Powdered Whey
2 ts Active Dry Yeast
