Ingredients & Directions

-CRUST-
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 tb Sugar
6 tb Unsalted butter(3/4 stick)
-melted

-FUDGE LAYER-
6 tb All purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Unsalted butter (1 stick)
-cut into 8 pieces
4 oz Semisweet chocolate; chopped
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate;
-chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 lg Egg yolk
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Snickers bars (ab.8 1/2 oz)
-(cut into 1/2-inch pieces)

CREAM CHEESE LAYER
10 oz Cream cheese; room temp.
1/3 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 oz Milk chocolate; chopped
2 tb Whipping cream

FOR CRUST: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 deg.
Butter 9-inch-diameter deep-dish glass pie dish. Combine graham
cracker crumbs and sugar in medium bowl. Add melted butter and stir
until well incorporated. Press graham mixture evenly into bottom and
up sides of prepared dish. Bake until crust is set, about 5 minutes.
Cool on rack. Maintain oven temperature.

FOR FUDGE LAYER: Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl.
Combine butter semisweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in top of
double boiler set over simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from over water and cool slightly. Using

mixture and mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix just
until combined.
