  • 2 cups raspberries frozen
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 table spoons Tapioca
  1. Place ingredients in sauce pan, cook over low heat until tapioca is
    transparent. spoon with a slotted spoon into pie shell.
  2. Use left over sauce as syrup or whatever for pancakes.
  3. Place top crust on pie, cut slits into top crust, crimp edges.
  4. Bake at 425F for 45-50 minutes
