- 600 grams icing sugar Extra for coating
- 6 Egg White
- 75 ml Amaretto Liquor
- 400 grams Almond Flour
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 165°C.
In a mixing bowl using a paddle attachment add the almond flour and the icing sugar and mix together for about 1 minute
Add the egg whites along with Amaretto liquor mixing on low until a ball is formed.
Roll out amaretti cookie dough into a log shape about 1/4 inch thickness and cut little pieces about 10 grams each and form into a ball and roll into icing sugar.
Place the rolled pieces onto lined baking tray
Place into your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
