Ingredients
  

  • 2 2/3 cups strong bread flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • combine all the ingredients and mix until dough is developed
  • cover dough and rest for 60 minutes
  • shape in desired shape
  • cover and proof for about 2 hours or until it doubles in size
  • bake at 210C for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
