Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams granulated sugar 1 cup
  • 100 grams all purpose flour 3/4 of a cup
  • 100 grams eggs 2 eggs
  • 50 grams melted butter 3 1/2 tablespoons
  • 500 grams milk 2 cups plus 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 185ºC (365ºF).
  • In a bowl add the dry ingredients (flour and sugar) and mix together with a whisk.
  • Add eggs one by one and stir, the batter will be thick.
  • Add the melted butter and mix together until combined into the batter..
  • Pour the milk in a slow steady stream into the batter, stirring constantly until you get a homogeneous mixture which will be liquid not thick.
  • Spray pan release into the muffin molds and sprinkle with flour.
  • Fill each muffin cup almost to the top, about 1/4 from the muffin cup rim.
  • Bake in preheated oven of about 25 minutes or until golden at the top.
  • Remove from oven an allow to cool in muffin pan for about 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
