Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 ripe bananas medium size
  • 1 cup egg white
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Splenda or Xylitol Powder sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf cake pan.
  • Add the oats into a blender or food processor and blend until flour-like consistency. Set aside.
  • Mash the 3 bananas in a bowl, then add the vanilla, apple sauce, and egg whites. Mix these ingredients together.
  • Combine the peanut butter, oat flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix together until a smooth batter is achieved.d.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
