Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup potato starch 130 grams
  • 1 cup tapioca starch 130 grams
  • 1 cup brown rice flour 140 grams
  • 1 cup white rice flour 155 grams
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum 5 grams

Instructions
 

  • Add the potato starch, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, white rice flour, and xanthan gum into a mixing bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix on medium-low speed for 5 minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can blend this gluten-free cake flour mix using a whisk if you don’t have a mixer.
  • Store the gluten-free cake flour in an air-tight container.
