- 360 grams all purpose flour 3 cups
- 5 grams salt 1 teaspoon
- 50 grams egg 1 egg
- 45 grams unsalted butter 3 tablespoons
- 6 grams dry instant yeast 2 teaspoons
- 60 grams sugar 5 tablespoons
