Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour or bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons water warm
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions
 

  • Bloom the yeast with 2 tablespoons of warm water and all it to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in the bread machine pan.
  • Set the program setting to white bread. I used the 2-hour bake setting.
  • Once the bread is baked, remove it from the bread machine and allow it to cool on a cooling rack.
