  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of raisins
