- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk them together until well mixed. These gluten-free ingredients will be the foundation of your pancake batter.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well incorporated. Then, add the melted butter (or oil), milk (dairy or non-dairy), and a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir this mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
