  • 700 grams Sorghum Flour
  • 720 grams cornstarch
  • 304 grams potato starch
  • 112 grams potato flour
  • 30 grams Xanthan Gum

  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them using a paddle or whisk for 5 minutes.
