- 52 grams brown rice flour
- 29 grams Sorghum Flour
- 30 grams corn starch
- 12 grams potato starch
- 5 grams potato flour
- 1 gram Xanthan Gum
- 12 grams granulated sugar
- 8 grams baking powder
- 1.4 grams Salt
- 250 grams milk
- 4 grams Natural Vanilla Extract
- 28 grams unsalted butter
1. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix them together using a whisk
2. Add in the milk, eggs and vanilla extract to the dry gluten free flour mixtures egg and mix them all together with a spatula or whisk just until the batter starts to come together
Add the melted butter and continue mixing until well combined and incorporated
3. Place griddle or skillet on stove top and heat on medium high
Grease with butter or pan release
Pour the batter into the hot griddle or skillet
Once the batter bubbles at the surface flip and cook on the other side, both sides should be golden light brown.
Repeat until batter is finished
