Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour 156 g
  • 3 1/4 cups Sorghum Flour 88 g
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch 90 g
  • 1/4 cup potato starch 37 g
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon potato flour 14 g
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum 3 g

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bow combine all the ingredients and mix for 5 minutes using a paddle
  • If you don't have a mixing machine, use a whisk to blend all the ingredients together
  • Store the Artisan gluten free flour in a air tight jar or container. The flour will keep for several month
