  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup Water


  • Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C .
  • Sift together flour and baking powder then and the salt.
    Cut the butter into small cubes add it to the flour mixture.
    Mix until mixture become a crumble texture
  • Add the water and mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated
  • Remove from mixing bowl and place onto floured table. Sprinkle some flour onto to top of the dough and roll out to about 1/2 inch thickeness with a rolling pin. and cut with a floured biscuit or cookie cutter.
  • Cut the biscuit dough using a round cookie cutter and place onto lined baking tray.
  • Bake in preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes
