Easy Biscuit Recipe
Here is a simple easy butter biscuit recipe without milk that can be enjoyed with as is or with a cup of coffee or tea. This easy butter biscuit recipe uses water instead of milk.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup Water
Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C .
Sift together flour and baking powder then and the salt.
Cut the butter into small cubes add it to the flour mixture.
Mix until mixture become a crumble texture
Add the water and mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated
Remove from mixing bowl and place onto floured table. Sprinkle some flour onto to top of the dough and roll out to about 1/2 inch thickeness with a rolling pin. and cut with a floured biscuit or cookie cutter.
Cut the biscuit dough using a round cookie cutter and place onto lined baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes
