Easy Butter Cookie Recipe
Easy melt in your mouth butter cookie recipe that the whole family will love.

- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoons of natural vanilla extract
- 2 large free run eggs
Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F)
In a large bowl shift the flour and salt together and put aside.
In a separate bowl, add the butter, sugar and vanilla bean and cream with mixing machine using a paddle.
Slowly add the egg and mix until the mixture is smooth.
Add the shifted flour and salt and mix till it all come together. Don't over mix otherwise your butter cookies will be tough and extremely hard.
Place silicone paper onto baking tray.
Flour your working bench, place the dough onto floured surface and roll out till the thickness of the cookie dough reaches quarter inch( 1/2 centimeter)
Cut cookies with desired cookie cutter and place them onto lined baking tray.
Place into preheated oven and bake for approximately 13-15 or until the bottom of the butter cookie has is lightly golden browned
Once baking is complete cool butter cookies onto wired rack.
