Amaretto Snowball Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups icing sugar gluten free
  • 2-1/4 cups Blanched Almond Flour gluten free
  • 1 tbsp Natural Almond Extract
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • 2 cups Water For Soaking Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Agave Syrup Vegan

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the blanched almond flour and he 2 cups of water, stir and place in fridge for 6 hours or until almond flour absorbs most of the water.

  • Remove from fridge and drain water well, add the natural almond extract, Amaretto Liqueur, Agave Syrup and 1 cup icing sugar and mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or place inside freezer for 30 minutes, this will allow mixture to dry so that you can form the balls.

  • Start forming the balls, and cover by dusting with the remaining 1/2 cup of icing sugar. Once done place the Amaretto Snowballs back in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
