Add the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and whisk together, Set aside.
Add the eggs into another bowl and beat using a hand mixer.
Slowly add the sugar while beating the eggs.
Add in the milk and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and continue to beat.
Fold in the flour mixture using a spatula, then add the melted butter and continue to fold in using the spatula until well combined.
Preheat your bubble waffle plate.
Spray with pan release and add 70% of the batter about into the wells of the waffle plate.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bubble waffle is light golden brown.
If you want to make an ice cone with the bubble waffle, then curl it into a cone once its cooked and set aside otherwise enjoy your bubble waffle as is or sprinkled with icing sugar.
