Ingredients
  

  • 1 can blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  • Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix together. Set aside.
  • In a mixer, beat the eggs, salt, butter, and sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the milk and flour mixture and beat for 4 minutes on medium speed.
  • Mix in the canned blueberries using a spatula.
  • Fill the muffin molds a little past halfway.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
