- 2 cups Amaranth flour 240g
- 1 cup Tapioca flour 120g
- 1 Large Egg 50g
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil or water 30g
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt 3g
Sift all the dry ingredients into a mixing into a mixing bowl with a hook attachment.
Add the egg and oil and mix on low speed for 3 minutes then increase speed and continue to mix for about 4 minutes.
Once the dough has come together, transfer to a floured surface with gluten free flour.
Divide the dough into portions and put throw your pasta sheeter.
Place pasta into a plate and allow to dry for about 30 minutes.
Add a water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the gluten free pasta and cook.
