Azorean Caramelized Pineapple

This delicious Azorean caramelized pineapple recipe is easy and quick to prepare. It’s one of my all-time favorite fruit sweet delicacies from the Acores. Azorean Caramelized Pineapple, also known as Ananas Caramelizado, is a delectable sweet fruit dish from the Azores Islands of Portugal. This Azorean Caramelized Pineapple dish is one of my favorites since it combines caramelized pineapple slices, sugar, butter, rum, and a hint of cinnamon.
