Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe
This super healthy Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe is easy to make and yes it's completely gluten free.

- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Graded
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 4 pounds frozen cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 410°F or 210°C
-Line 2 pizza baking pans ( 10 inch) with parchment paper or grease with oil
In a mixing bowl add the the thawed cauliflower, salt, eggs, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, dried garlic and mix with a paddle until the mixture all comes together
Divide the cauliflower dough into half and transfer to pizza baking pans
Using a spatula press and spread the cauliflower dough throughout the pizza pan to about 1/4 inch thick if it is a little thicker that's ok
place into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly brown
Cool Cauliflower crust for about 15-20 minutes before topping. This will help give you a nicer crispy trust
Top cauliflower pizza crust as desired and place back into oven and bake for additional 10-15 minutes depending on how much sauce and toppings you put on it
