  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 500 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams eggs
  • 185 grams cocoa powder
  • 250 grams all purpose flour
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 2 grams Salt
  • 144 grams chooped almonds
  • 4 grams vanilla extract


  • 1- Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan and add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix. Once butter has melted and sugar has dissolved, remove from heat ad add the eggs slowly.
  • 2-Whisk in the cocoa powder followed by the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and chopped almonds mixing evening.
  • 3- Spread the chocolate brownie mixture into a greased or non stick baking pan, smooth the top surface evenly. Bake for approximate 30-35 minutes. Once baked let cool before serving.
