Ingredients:
- 500 grams flour
- 10 grams salt
- 325 grams water
- 10 grams fresh yeast (or 3 grams dry yeast)
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl with the hook attachment.
- Mix the dough on low speed for 3 minutes, then increase the speed and mix for 4 minutes or until the dough is fully developed.
- Grease a bowl about 3 time larger than dough and place the dough into it. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to ferment for 2 hours.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface and divide into two portions. Slighty round each dough pieces and cover with plastic for 20 minutes.
- You can round the dough pieces into a boule or shape into an oval.
- Place the formed on a lined baking tray with parachment paper.
- Cover with plastic and allow to proof for about 60 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (390°F) about 20 minutes prior to the dough being fully proofed.
- Once dough is proofed, score the top with a knife and place into the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown in color.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Enjoy!
