- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup honey or maple
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of raisins

- Preheat the oven to 375°F or (190°C), and line one baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl add the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and whisk together.
