Ingredients & Directions


1 Envelope chicken seasoning
-with roasting bag
1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken
-breasts; ub 1/2″ strips
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Honey
3 tb Red wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 ?. Arrange cooking bag in a 13×9″ baking pan. Place
strips of chicken in bag. Combine seasoning, mustard, honey and vinegar.
Pour over chicken. Close bag and tie loosely with tie included in package.
Cut four small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake for 35
minutes. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Move chicken from bag
to platter; skewer each strip with a toothpick. Serves 4-6 as an hors
