Ingredients & Directions


2 c Graham cracker crumbs
5 tb Melted butter
1/2 lb Soft butter
2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
4 -(up to)
5 md Bananas
1 cn (large) crushed pineapple;
-drained
2 Boxes (large) frozen
-strawberries; drained
1 ct (large) Cool Whip
1 c Chopped nuts

Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; pat into bottom of a
9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. Cream together butter, powdered
sugar, vanilla & eggs. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Spread drained
pineapple on bananas, then the strawberries, then the Cool Whip. Sprinkle
with chopped nuts. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for 6 hours before
serving. Serves 15. Variation: Use vanilla wafer crumbs for the crust; use
2 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs; delete frozen strawberries. MRS
