1 lb Pasteurized processed cheese
4 lb Powdered sugar
1 c Cocoa
1 tb Vanilla

4 c Nuts; chopped
In saucepan melt butter & cheese. Sift together sugar & cocoa. Add to
cheese mixture. Next add vanilla & nuts. Mix well & spread into greased
