2 tb Flour
18 oz Cream cheese
1 ts Lemon extract
20 Zweibach crushed with:
2 tb Sugar -and-
2 tb Butter; melted
1/2 c Milk
1/8 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Milk
6 Eggs; separated
1 1/2 c Sugar
9 Pan

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray pan with Pam and line with buttered and
sugared crumbs. Beat egg yolks well. Blend cream cheese with sugar and egg
yolks beating until it is thoroughly creamed. Add flour and lemon extract
and mix well. Add 1 cup sour cream, mix with milk, and blend into cheese
mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold in. Pour into the
prepared mold and bake at 350F. for 1 hour. Turn off oven heat, set oven
door ajar and leave cake in open oven for an additional hour. Unmold and
serve.
