1/2 c Wheat germ
1 ts Brown sugar
1 c All-purpose flour
6 tb Marg. or shortening
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Grated cheese
Preheat oven to 325. Combine flours, milk, marg/shortening, wheat
germ – mix until it resembles corn meal. Beat brown sugar into egg,
stir mixture into flour mix. Add water slowly to make stiff dough.
Knead and roll out 1/2 inch thick, cut into shapes with cookie
cutter. Bake for 30 minutes, let cool and store in sealed container.
