  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup apples, cored, and cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

How To Make Fresh Apple Oatmeal Cookies?

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C, and line or grease 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Cream the butter with the sugar by beating it with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. Add the milk, vanilla, and egg and beat to combine.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture until absorbed, then add the oats, walnuts, and raisins and mix into the mixture.
