Ingredients & Directions


1 1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 1/4 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
2 lg Eggs beaten
1 lg Or 2 small cans fruit
-cocktail (drained)

beat all together (the longer you beat the less distinguished the fruit
becomes) pour into a greased 9x 12 pan.

Mix following together and put on Top of cake before baking:
1/2 cup chopped nuts,
1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinammon.

Bake 1 hr 20 min @ 300F.

This cake stays moist for a very long time.
