Ingredients & Directions


2 cn Ham; drained
10 oz Broccoli; frozen, rinsed and
-drained
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
1 c Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 c Bisquick? baking mix
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Thyme

SAVOURY TOPPING
1/2 c Bisquick? baking mix
1/4 c Almonds; sliced
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1/8 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Margarine

Heat oven to 400? F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch fluted pie plate. Mix ham,
broccoli and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Savoury
Topping, until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with beater). Pour
into plate. Bake 20 minutes.

For topping, mix Bisquick, almonds, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Cut
in margarine.

Sprinkle pie with topping. Bake until knife inserted in centre comes out
clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

40g Carbohydrate; 156mg Cholesterol; 1291mg Sodium
