Ingredients & Directions


2 c ;cooked chopped turkey 1/8 ts Pepper
10 oz Package frozen English peas 1 c Mayonnaise
1 c (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; 3 ds Hot sauce
-shredded 8 oz Can crescent dinner rolls
1 c Celery; diced 2 ts Sesame seeds
1/2 c Soft breadcrumbs Radish slices (optional)
1/4 c Onion; chopped Fresh parsley sprigs (opt’l)
1/4 ts Salt

Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12″ x 8″ x 2″
baking dish.
Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to
seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in
lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley,
if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
