Ingredients & Directions


2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1/2 c Cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ds Cloves
1 ds Nutmeg
2 Eggs
1 Graham cracker crust
1/3 c Mini- semi-sweet chocolate
-chips

Sprinkle some of the chocolate morsels on the bottom of the pie crust (wide
coverage, but not too many). Melt the rest in microwave. Mix cream
cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices until well blended. Add eggs and
mix well. Remove 1/3 cup of mixture and mix with melted chocolate. Pour
rest of cheese mixture into crust. Spoon chocolate mixture on top and swirl
with a table knife or spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until
center is almost set. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with
whipped cream and chopped pecans OR chocolate shavings. Makes 8 servings.
