3/4 Stick butter
2 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 cn (large) evaporated milk
3 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn (3.5-oz) coconut

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily
greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
