Ingredients & Directions


8 c Sugar
10 c Milk
3/4 c Raisins
10 Po-boy loaves or hoagies
10 Eggs
1/2 c Vanilla extract
1/2 lb Butter

WHISKEY SAUCE
1 c White sugar
2 c Water
1/4 lb Butter
1/2 c Whiskey

For the pudding 1. Mix all ingredients except bread. Break bread into
pieces, about 1 inch in diameter.

2. Mix into bowl with hands. Pour into a 9 X 24 inch baking pan. Bake at
350? for 1-1/2 hours.

To Make the Sauce: 1. Boil water, sugar and butter for 30 minutes. Add
whiskey.

2. Remove from heat. Pour over warm bread pudding.
