PASSOVER COOKIES -1/4 c fruit juice
-(REDUCED-EGGS) 1/8 ts Cinnamon (omit if using
============================ -orange juice)
-=== 3/4 ts Passover Baking Soda
(Makes about 1 1/2 dozen) 1 c Cake Meal
1 ea Egg 1/2 c Nuts; chopped (less if they
1/3 c Oil -are very finely chopped)
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Raisins
1/2 ea Pear or Apple; grated OR

-INSTRUCTIONS-

In a large bowl, beat egg slightly. Add oil, sugar, cinnamon, grated
fruit OR juice. Mix well. Add baking soda, cake meal, nuts and
raisins one at a time, mixing after each addition. Drop by
teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
