Ingredients & Directions


-CRUST-
1 1/4 c Chocolate cookie crumbs 1/4 c Sugar
; (20 cookies) 1/4 c Butter/margarine, melted

FILLING
1 pk (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 ts Vanilla extract
; softened 1 c Heavy cream, whipped
1 c Creamy peanut butter Grated chocolate OR choco-
1 c Sugar ; late cookie crumbs (opt.)
1 tb Butter/margarine, softened

Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at
375 deg. F. for 10 minutes. Cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and
vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into
crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs if desired.
Refrigerate.
